私が続けていけますように

よりよく理解し、より一層役に立つ人間へ成長を続けられるように

自分自身のスポットチェックの棚卸しを毎日続けていけるように

間違いをしたときには、それを正していけるように

自分の行動に責任を持ち続けていけるように

私自身の否定的、自滅的な考え方や行動に、いつも気づいていられるように

チェックする意欲を保ち続けられるように

いつでもあなたの助けが必要であることを忘れないでいられるように

人への愛と寛容を、私の守るべき決まりとしていけるように

そして毎日の祈りの中で、どうしたら私があなたの最良の道具になれるのかを、求め続けていけるように

TENTH STEP PRAYER

I pray I may continue:

To grow in understanding and effectiveness;

To take daily spot-check inventories of myself;

To correct mistakes when I make them;

To take responsibility for my actions;

To be ever aware of my negative and self-defeating attitudes and behaviors;

To keep my willfulness in check;

To always remember I need Your help;

To keep love and tolerance of others as my code;

And to continue in daily prayer how I can best serve You,

my Higher Power.
